Greg's Turkey Rub

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons kosher salt
1 Tablespoon ground white pepper
1 Tablespoon ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon thyme
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder

Method of Preparation:
This can be done up to 24 hours in advance. Rub bird with dry mixture and inject bird with marinade in breast, thigh, back, wings and legs. Bag tight and refrigerate.
