Chef Gregg Primo is life resident of Fall River, Massachusetts. He has been in the field of Culinary Arts since age 14 when he was a freshman at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School.
Chef Gregg at the age of 16 began his own catering business. After high school, Gregg attended New England Culinary Institute in Vermont and recently graduated from Johnson & Whales University.
Gregg is presently working at Johnson & Whales as a professional staff member assisting the students and chefs. He is also the Culinary Arts Instructor for the non-profit Genesis Center. This is a Work Force Development program based in Providence Rhode Island.
Gregg is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and is certified to teach Serve-Safe, which is the sanitation program, organized by The National Restaurant Association.
Gregg also has a call-in Talk Show on WSAR 1480. This is called “Taste of the South Coast” where he discusses food trends and restaurant reviews. The show airs on Tuesday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.
