Just in time for your Holiday entertaining! Chef Greg Primo will be returning to the Westport Cooks to teach a class on making a Holiday Antipasto Bar. Antipasto is served as an appetizer and is a great solution if you are entertaining a group of people and you don’t want to serve anything heavy. Antipasto means “before the meal” in Italian. Traditionally, antipasto is platters of food with various combinations of Breads Cured Meat, Boiled Eggs, Fish, Olives, and Vegetables.
Allison will also have some Wine and Champagne recommendations for this Holiday Season.
