Casserole of Sage Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
2 whole pork tenderloins
Ό crushed sage leaf
4 tablespoons melted butter
Ό cup flour
1/3-cup cold water
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1-tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Method of Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wipe down pork tenderloin with clean cloth and rub with crushed sage. Roll tenderloins in melted butter, dust with flour and place in oblong baking dish. Add 1/3-cup cold water. Slice windows in the tenderloin and tuck in pieces of garlic cloves. Cover loosely and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste regularly. Slice and serve in the casserole garnished with chopped parsley.
