Baileys Irish Cream Macadamia Pie

The following recipe is from our Westport Cooks Archives and one of our previous classes. You can use this recipe and add your own style as you make your own fresh Baileys Irish Cream Macadamia Pie.

Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 Ό cups sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
Ύ cup butter, unsalted
1 cup light corn syrup
Ύ cup irish cream liquor
1 1/3cups semi sweet chocolate chips
2 cups macadamia nuts,chopped
1 single crust pie pastry
Method of Preparation:
1. Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter. Blend in corn syrup and liquor.
2. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour filling into pie shell.
3. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 ½ hours or until browned.
4. Cool and serve.
