Fried Spring Rolls by Newie Casciano

Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup grated celery
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 scallions (heads and greens)
20 spring roll wrappers
Directions:
Heat oil, garlic and pork in a skillet until cooked.
Then add the remaining ingredients except the bean sprouts and cook 3-4 minutes.
Turn off heat, drain excess juice, then add the bean sprouts and stir to mix.
