Baking with Cream Puff Pastry Recipes
Ingredients:
1 cup water
½ cup butter
1 cup unbleached flour
4 large eggs
Directions:
Combine water and butter. Bring to a rolling boil.
Reduce heat and add flour all at once. Beat until dough forms a ball and no longer sticks to sides of pan.
Remove from heat let cool for 15 minutes.
Now add eggs one at a time beating until mixture has lost its sheen before adding next egg.
