Grilled Peach Halves with Raspberries
A Real Griller Archive Recipes
Ingredients:
• 4 peaches, halved and pitted
• 1/2 pint raspberries
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• 4 teaspoons rum
• mint leaves as garnish
• freshly whipped cream
Directions:
Arrange 2 peach halves, cut side up, on large piece of foil.
Fill cavity with raspberries and sprinkle with rum and sugar. Crimp edges of foil together to make packets. Pierce foil to make steam vents.
Repeat to make four packets.
Grill peaches over charcoal fire for 20 minutes.
Serve peaches in dessert dishes pouring cooking juices over them.
Garnish with mint and whipped cream.
