Fried Banana Fritters & Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut
3-4 cups of oil for deep frying
3-4 bananas cut in half lengthwise into 3 or 4 pieces.
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together rice flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, water, salt, sugar and shredded coconut.
Dip each slice of banana in batter until well coated and deep fry over high heat until golden brown.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream on the side.
