Rotisserie an Instant Hit!

Thanks to all of you, and some great work by our food service staff, the rotisserie Market Cafe is off and running. And I might add, it is doing extremely well.
We have chosen to begin this new venture concentrating on signature sized chickens, a homemade BBQ sauce that we make fresh here at Lees, and a number of side dishes to keep everyone interested and excited. But it won't stop here.
Our not to distant future plans include offering a variety of rotisserie meals and sides, freshly made iced tea, iced cofee and freshly squeezed lemonade, plus a number of new and innovative take away meals that will help keep your kitchen time limited to when you want to be there.
