Seasonal Suggestions - Butternut Squash
We've seen Bob Smith harvesting his great crop of butternut squash on Hix Bridge Road lately and thought that we would share some information and recipes about this richly flavored local treat. Of course because all of us grew up surrounded by this vegetable, we know how to cook it in a variety of ways. Just as a thought though, we opted to send you over to Epicurious "the world's greatest recipe collection".
