The California Roll
In the 1970s, the California Roll was created by a sushi chef in California and became extremely popular with Americans because it was not made with raw fish. Throughout the years there have been many variations from the original California Roll with unique names such as Rainbow Roll, Philadelphia Roll, and Spider Roll. The now famous California Roll is made fresh every day here at Lees with crab, avocado, and cucumbers.
Htin is always happy to fill Special Orders.
