Glenn teaches these courses because he feels strongly that it is important to educate the community and prepare the world to be aware of healthy living and life-saving techniques.
Pediatric Basic Life-Support Course
The coarse instruction will emphasize Infant and Child CPR and Foreign Body Airway Obstruction. Students will also be given several informative lectures pertaining to many illnesses involving infants and children. This will also provide extensive first aid instruction. First aid topics include treatment of bee stings, possible anaphylactic shock, and treatment of burns and lacerations.
The Pediatric Basic Life-Support Course ensures daycare providers with the training they need to treat and deal with injury and illness while caring for children. Babysitters learn how to become a safe and responsible babysitter. This class is an excellent opportunity to help babysitters build self-confidence and leadership skills.
