Fresh Sushi!

Htin Kyaw prepares a variety of fresh Sushi every day here at Lees. He is originally from Burma and has been a Sushi chef for a number of years. Htin has much experience from working in Korea and in a number of restaurants in New York and New Jersey.
Htin recommends his Spicy Shrimp Roll or Ocean Combo. He also carries the popular California Roll, Vegetable Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Pork Shumai, Spicy Roll, Tempura Roll, Caterpillar Roll and Dragon Roll. The California Roll
In the 1970s, the California Roll was created by a sushi chef in California and became extremely popular with Americans because it was not made with raw fish. Throughout the years there have been many variations from the original California Roll with unique names such as Rainbow Roll, Philadelphia Roll, and Spider Roll. The now famous California Roll is made fresh every day here at Lees with crab, avocado, and cucumbers. Htin is always happy to fill Special Orders.
