Chef Kurt, a Johnson & Wales Alumni, has been in the hospitality industry for over 21 years. On Monday May 19th, Chef Kurt will share recipes from the restaurant and catering menus that you can enjoy at home. Chef Kurt will teach these tricks of the trade so you can impress your family and friends! Bring your questions and appetites and learn all about marinades, brining, and dry rubs.
