Grilled Bacon Burgers

Ingredients:
Ground Beef- Lees Certified Angus!
Onion
Mushrooms
Bacon
Cheese
Directions:
Double the amount of ground beef for a regular patty and mix with diced onions, diced mushrooms and barbecue sauce (about 2 tablespoons).
Split the mixture into two portions. Form a pocket in both portions and fill with any type of grated cheese.
Mold the two portions together, wrap with a slice of bacon and grill for 6-7 minutes each side.
