    Description

    This is an All-American recipe.

    Ingredients

    • 1 - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    • 1/2 red onion, diced
    • 2 ribs celery, diced
    • 1 small cucumber, peeled & diced
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 3 eggs, hard boiled
    • 1 lb elbow macaroni
    • 1 tsp ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Cook macaroni according to box directions. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool.
    2. While cooking macaroni also cook eggs. Put eggs in pan and cover with water. Bring to boil and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Drain and cool in cold water. When cool, peel and dice; set aside.
    3. Dice the following and put in large bowl: cucumber, onion, celery. Add diced eggs.
    4. Add cooled macaroni and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together.
