The milk from grass-fed cows contain higher levels of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) than that of grain-fed cows. CLA is an Omega 6 Fatty Acid which studies show, helps to provide protection from certain diseases. Grass-fed milk naturally contains higher levels of Beta-Carotene, Vitamin A and Vitamin E, because grass itself contains more of these nutrients than grain. By consuming grass-fed dairy products, you can help to ensure a supply of these nutrients in your daily diet.
