Grass grazed milk and cream. Made with direct trade askinosie chocolate. We began making gelato in a 300 sq ft kitchen in 2004, selling in the downtown area farmers markets, following the farmers. We still make our gelato this way, & always will. Milk chocolate: We eat this milk chocolate gelato by the gallon in our house sitting out on the back deck on warm summer nights passing it around the best part is when it melts along the sides and transforms into pure-milk-chocolate marshmallow-puff.
